1. Who provides the Service

2. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SAVIA, an AI-powered personal assistant on WhatsApp, available to individuals and businesses who subscribe to a monthly plan.
By subscribing to the Service or starting a conversation with SAVIA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. Definitions
- User: the individual or business that subscribes to the Service.
- Conversation: the exchange of messages (text, audio, image) between you and SAVIA over WhatsApp.
- Personal data: any information that identifies or could identify you.
- Plan: a monthly subscription tier (Individual, Couple, or another we may define).
- Artificial Intelligence (AI): the language and processing models SAVIA uses to generate responses (including, without limitation, models from Anthropic and OpenAI).
4. Nature of the Service
SAVIA is a conversational personal assistant. Its features include, without being exhaustive:
- Reminders and calendar management
- Expense logging and categorization
- Lists (groceries, tasks, to-dos)
- Weekly summaries
- Contextual recall via semantic memory
- Natural conversation in everyday language
SAVIA is NOT:
- A medical, legal, financial, accounting, tax, psychological, or psychiatric service.
- An emergency service. In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number).
- A tool for making critical decisions without human verification.
SAVIA's responses are generated by AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.
5. Registration and subscription
5.1. Subscription is formed by express agreement between you and SAVIA TECH, confirmed in writing (WhatsApp, email, or another suitable means).
5.2. You agree to provide accurate information: name, WhatsApp number, email, and payment details.
5.3. Access is activated once payment for the first month is received.
5.4. You must be at least 18 years old. SAVIA does not serve minors.
6. Plans and payments
6.1. Current plans:
- Individual: USD $199 / month
- Couple: USD $299 / month (includes two WhatsApp numbers with optional shared memory)
6.2. Payment: credit/debit card or another authorized payment processor (disclosed at checkout). Your card details never pass through SAVIA.
6.3. Renewal: the Service renews automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
6.4. Late payment: if payment fails, we may suspend the Service after a reasonable cure period, without prejudice to amounts owed.
6.5. Price changes: we will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase via WhatsApp or email.
7. Money-back guarantee
New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment, no questions asked, provided the Service has not been used abusively. Write to [email protected] with your name and the WhatsApp number on file.
8. Your obligations
You agree to:
- Use the Service lawfully, ethically, and in compliance with applicable law.
- Not use SAVIA for illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory purposes, or to violate the rights of others.
- Not share access credentials or allow use by unauthorized third parties (except the second number on the Couple plan).
- Keep confidential any information SAVIA TECH provides to you.
- Pay your subscription on time.
- Report any misuse or impersonation of your account.
9. Use restrictions
The following are expressly prohibited:
- Using SAVIA to automate spam, impersonation, social engineering, or anything that violates WhatsApp / Meta policies.
- Attempting to extract, copy, replicate, or reverse-engineer the models, prompts, or internal logic of the Service.
- Uploading copyrighted content without authorization.
- Requesting content involving sexual exploitation of minors, extreme violence, instructions to cause physical harm, or illegal activity.
Violations entitle SAVIA TECH to suspend or terminate the Service without refund.
10. Intellectual property
10.1. Ownership: the SAVIA brand, logo, source code, system prompts, conversational flows, and associated materials are the property of SAVIA TECH, protected by intellectual-property law.
10.2. Limited license: SAVIA TECH grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use the Service during your subscription.
10.3. Your content: the data you share with SAVIA (messages, facts, reminders) belongs to you. SAVIA TECH processes it solely to provide the Service, per the Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1. SAVIA TECH provides the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will be error-free.
11.2. SAVIA TECH shall not be liable for:
- Decisions you make based on AI responses.
- Indirect damages, lost profits, or lost opportunities.
- Interruptions caused by third parties (WhatsApp, Meta, Twilio, OpenAI, Anthropic, Railway, Supabase, etc.).
- Events of force majeure.
- Loss of information from technical failures not attributable to our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
11.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAVIA TECH's total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
12.1. By you: by notifying [email protected], effective at the end of the current billing period.
12.2. By SAVIA TECH: with 15 days' notice, without cause, refunding any unused prepaid balance on a pro-rata basis.
12.3. Immediate termination: SAVIA TECH may suspend or terminate the Service immediately, without refund, for serious breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or extended non-payment.
12.4. Effect of termination: you may request export or deletion of your data per the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
SAVIA TECH may update these Terms at any time. We will give at least 15 days' notice of material changes via WhatsApp or email. Continued use after that period means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Communications
Communications between the parties are considered validly made via:
- WhatsApp to your registered number.
- Email to the address you provided.

15. Support
You may send questions, requests, or complaints to [email protected], which we will address within a reasonable time. You also retain any consumer-protection rights available to you under applicable law.
16. Governing law and disputes
16.1. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute directly and in good faith within 30 days.
16.2. Governing law, venue, and dispute-resolution mechanism (including any arbitration provision) are to be finalized by counsel for the United States and will be stated in the final version of these Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
18. Acceptance
By subscribing, making your first payment, or starting a conversation with SAVIA after being informed of these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted them in full.
